Village Hall Closure

At a recent committee meeting of the Kilham Village Hall Association it was unanimously decided that the village hall will remain closed until 1st January 2021 at the earliest. The decision was not taken lightly and was made in consideration of the current Guidelines issued by the Government and how they should be applied in our own circumstances. This decision will not affect the operation of the outreach Post Office which will continue to operate, as usual, in the small meeting room at the hall between 1.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoons. This service will continue for as long as possible but is subject to change or even cancellation. Any changes will be posted on this Web-site. We apologise for any inconvenience this decision may cause but our paramount concern is for the health and wellbeing of our community in these challenging times.

Users of the Post Office are requested to ensure that they do so in accordance with the guidelines set out by the government during this difficult period.

All Saints' Church

All normal Sunday and weekday activities are suspended for the time being.

The church will remain open during the day and people are very welcome to spend time for private prayer and reflection.

We are still working out how we can best pray for and help our community. Please contact Rev Glyn Owen on 01262 420313 with any questions, suggestions, concerns or just for further information. Also, if you are either self-isolating or just having difficulty in collecting provisions please give me a call. I have kind folk who have contacted me and are available to help. We also hope to make the most of the Church of England’s excellent digital resources and post updates for churches via the website, ‘A Church Near You’

Any organiser who wishes to advertise activities in Kilham whether in the Hall or not, are welcome to use the Village Hall website Events page free of charge. Please email
