Hire Charges

Please be aware that booking one room does not mean you have sole use of the building, other users may be onsite and using other facilities. 

Exclusive use of the Hall (both rooms) £21.00 per hour.

To make a booking at Kilham Village Hall:

1. Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire.

2. Go to the calendar of bookings page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event. 

• Please advise if you intend to use a bouncy castle as we will require you to sign a disclaimer for insurance purposes. This can be downloaded from the bottom of this page. We also need to see a copy of the Bouncy Castle providers insurance. 

• We do not have a licence to sell alcohol but if you would like to have alcohol at your event please add this to the notes field of the booking form. With the permission of the Committee you are able to bring your own alcohol or if you prefer you could hire an outside bar. Your attention is drawn to the relevant section in the Terms and Conditions of Hire. 

• If you wish to use metallic table confetti, please dispose of it in the bins provided. This type of confetti is very difficult to pick up of the floor and extra cleaning charges may be incurred if left on the floor inside or outside the hall. Please do not shake tablecloths outside.
