This is the large main hall which can accommodate up to 120 people. There is a de-mountable stage at one end and it has a sound system with microphone. There is an ample supply of tables and chairs. Heating is provided by two large gas, warm air heaters controlled remotely. The hall is directly accessible to the kitchen via a large serving hatch and has power assisted main doors.

Off the main hall is a smaller meeting room which is ideal for smaller groups, accommodating up to 25 people. It has a ceiling mounted projector screen. Heating is supplied by a large gas fired warm air heater and 2 oil filled heaters.

The kitchen was completely refurbished in 2018 and is an up to date, modern facility with the added benefit of a commercial dishwasher, an electric cooker, fridge and water heater for hot drinks. There is a plentiful supply of crockery and cutlery to cater for larger functions. Large serving hatch to main hall.

Kilham Parish Council provide a children's play area situated at the back right-hand corner of the carpark. The play area is available to all young children, but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. The play area is regularly maintained and kept litter free. There is also a small seating area next to the play area.

To the side of the Hall is a large grassed area suitable for a variety of uses.
There is room at the rear for a marquee to be erected with access directly from the main hall. The hirer is responsible for supplying, erecting and taking down the marquee at their own cost and liability.
